“But it makes me feel good!” Ah yes! How could I forget that music makes us feel good. If you like XXX’s music then shit, listen to his music! Don’t be a fuckin weakling dork. If that’s your shit, then that’s your shit. But don’t act as if making music that you like has any fucking influence on morality in the real world. You are lying to yourself. You’re allowing the cognitive dissonance to heighten your emotions and insecurities. Being shocked and surprised that an artist you like, love, or even NEED, is one thing, but being unable to change your opinion on the artist- a stranger you truly know nothing about- because you like songs they put on the internet is mad wack bro. Stop defending abusers who don’t give a shit about whether you live or die!

If someone beat your ass and then got famous, you gon say that we should remember them for the post beating era? Nah b it don’t work like that. Sorry. We gotta remember the whole thing. Does that mean people can’t change? Absolutely not. People learn and grow, and it is sad that we won’t get to see that happen. Part of me hopes XXX can find peace in death, cus lord knows he was troubled. But that don’t mean I can’t empathize with his victims, and be on their side. And at the end of the day you must choose a side. Cus otherwise we end up with this bullshit white washed perversion of events called “history” they teach in school.

Ill leave yall with this, cus I need breakfast: the world is messy, and anything but simple. Energy comes, and energy goes, absorbing the negative and the positive it comes in contact with. Two wrongs do not make a right. XXX dying does not undo what has already been done. Both sides of this issue need to consider that. This is real life. We look at it through a screen and jump to quick conclusions but truthfully we just don’t know, and can’t know. I don’t like seeing a young black man robbed and killed for no reason. But I also don’t like seeing a rampaging lunatic beating people senseless for no reason. If you cannot take the yin with the yang, you will be real fucking unbalanced. And if you can’t understand that liking someone’s art should inspire MORE scrutiny, not less, then I hope you have a good day under your rock. And to those of you dancing on graves, even of those who’ve wronged us, just know the devil dancin wit you.
